Customer Service Executive – Real Estate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
2. Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and availability to potential buyers, tenants, and investors.
3. Schedule property viewings and coordinate with sales agents and property owners.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints using CRM tools.
5. Assist customers in the documentation process, including agreements, registration, and other formalities.
6. Build strong relationships with clients by ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new properties and services.
8. Address post-sale service concerns and provide timely follow-up.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
