Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Labour Relations & Mobilization Manager to manage and oversee labour-related activities within the specified zone.

This role involves building positive relationships with labour groups, ensuring smooth implementation of labour-specific policies, and providing insights for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in labour management within the construction industry, with additional knowledge in labour laws preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all labor-related relationships within the zone.
• Foster a positive work environment in labor colonies by designing and implementing activities tailored to the workforce.
• Suggest relevant benefits and strategies to attract and retain labor on-site.
• Monitoring/Governance of Labor-Specific Initiatives
• Oversee and monitor labor-specific incentives and benefits, including Labor NPS.
• Ensure compliance with policy norms as outlined in the Labor Colony policy.

• Provide objective analysis, reporting, and recommendations to assess the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and suggest any course corrections.

• Support ad-hoc labor mobilization through strategic relationships with subcontractors and labor groups.
• Offer insights to Zonal, Regional, and Project leadership to enhance labor mobilization efforts.
