Job Description

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key e-commerce accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, goals, and objectives to provide tailored solutions
  • Build trust and credibility through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely delivery of results

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement customized account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities, challenges, and objectives
  • Design and execute strategic initiatives to achieve client goals and exceed expectations

Sales Execution:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets and expand client relationships
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver targeted solutions

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Adjust account plans and strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve client objectives

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer support initiatives
  • Facilitate open communication and knowledge-sharing across teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
  • MBA in sales and marketing from a tier 1/2 Business School
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience with 3 years being in Q-commerce
  • FMCG food background is a necessity
  • Strong comm skills
  • Current/preferred location to be Gurgaon
