Sap Test manager

• Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy with the teams, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts for end-to-end scenarios.
• Lead and coordinate test execution with towers, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of test analysts and testers, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and other project members to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Identify and mitigate testing risks, proactively addressing issues and challenges.
• Track and report on test progress, metrics, and defects.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP Test Manager with a strong focus on end-to-end testing.
• In-depth knowledge of at least 1 SAP S/4 HANA modules and functionalities, including OTC, MM, FI, SD, and other relevant modules.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
