Role Description- The Guest Faculty will be responsible for teaching, mentoring students, developing course materials, and conducting assessments to ensure academic excellence.
The key responsibilities of a faculty member include:
- Teaching and Instruction:
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
Develop and update course materials in alignment with the curriculum.
Assess and evaluate students progress through exams, assignments, and projects.- Curriculum Development:
Participate in designing, reviewing, and updating the academic syllabus.
Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies into the curriculum.- Research and Scholarship:
Conduct original research in the relevant field and publish findings in journals or conferences.
Seek grants and funding for research projects.
Guide and mentor students in research activities, such as theses or dissertations.- Student Mentorship:
Provide academic and career counseling to students.
Support students in personal development and skill enhancement.
Assist students in resolving academic or personal challenges.- Administration and Coordination:
Participate in faculty meetings, departmental activities, and institutional committees.
Manage course schedules, exams, and grading systems.- Community Engagement:
Contribute to outreach programs, public lectures, and collaborations with industries or other institutions.
Build partnerships with external organizations to enhance learning opportunities.- Continuous Professional Development:
Stay updated with advancements in the subject area and pedagogical techniques.
Skills Required- Experience in teaching management courses and mentoring students
