Role Description
We're seeking a passionate and driven Community & Content Marketing Manager to build and nurture a thriving community around Juddoc CLM. This role is crucial for connecting with our audience, driving engagement, and showcasing the value of our product.This is a hands-on role where you'll own the entire process, from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Community Building: Develop and execute a strategy to build a vibrant online community for prospective and existing Juddoc CLM customers. This includes identifying relevant platforms, fostering engagement, and creating valuable interactions.
- Content Strategy & Planning: Create a comprehensive content strategy for our blog and monthly newsletter, focusing on topics relevant to contract lifecycle management and our target audience. This includes keyword research, content calendar development, and performance tracking.
- Webinar Management: Plan and execute quarterly webinars, including topic selection, speaker outreach, promotion, and post-webinar follow-up.
- Content Creation: Write engaging and informative blog posts and newsletter content that showcases the value of Juddoc CLM and positions us as a thought leader in the industry.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of community building initiatives, blog posts, newsletters, and webinars, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in community management, content marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to create engaging and informative content.
- Experience with social media platforms and community building tools.
- Experience with webinar platforms and email marketing software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) is a plus.
