Job Description
Job Title: Manager - HR (Female)Location: Gurgaon, Sohna Road
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer)
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Software Management:
- Currently using GreatHR, with a plan to transition to Spine HR software.
- Oversee the integration and efficient use of HR software, ensuring smooth operations for payroll, attendance, and employee data management.
- Coordination with Plant HR:
- Act as the main point of contact between the corporate office and the plant HR teams.
- Facilitate effective communication, reporting, and issue resolution between both locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting from plant HR to senior management.
- Employee Engagement:
- Organize and lead employee engagement activities at both the corporate office and plant.
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring high employee morale and productivity.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, celebrations, and wellness programs.
- Policy Implementation:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies at both the corporate office and plant locations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Communicate policy changes and updates to employees effectively.
- Travel to Plant Locations:
- Occasional travel to plant locations (once a month) for HR coordination and engagement activities.
- Reporting:
- Regularly report plant HR performance, and engagement outcomes to the CHRO.
- Provide insights into employee satisfaction, engagement levels, and areas for improvement.
- General HR Support:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and other related tasks as required by the HR department.
- Support in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
