Your Key Responsibilities
1 Management for all digital channels (website, Social, Intranet).- Total Ownership for the Schaeffler India Digital Channels and Management
- Website Management keeping it updated and current; also looking for best practices and content from Global that can we leverage on the India site.
- Intranet (S connect and then My Schaeffer ) ownership and management of the platform keep it updated and live as an information and engagement channels
- Management and ownership for Social Handles for SIL; plan and manage campaign for creating high brand engagement.
- Plan, develop, and execute Digital events that are aligned with the overall strategy and objectives.
- Develop strategy and plan for Website including SEO / SEM if necessary.
- Develop strategy and plan for social media, plan annual calendar; and campaign ideas, bring in best practices, and ensure a well-structured plan for Social Media handles and YouTube.
- Develop Analytics for all the digital programs, campaigns and channels
- Ensure reports to AP, India Group as needed in various formats as requested and ensure timely reporting of various KPIs
- Establish mechanisms to drive business objectives and manage end-to-end lead generation metrics and processes.
- Determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing page clicks, keyword hits
- search engine traffic, and other data across all digital platforms
- Collecting analytical data from all digital mediums and analyze customer journeys, marketing activities, and web behavioral data and present it to the team.
- Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
- Give recommendations on deliveries and adapt to it.
- Management of entire website performance through various metrics and analytical approaches
- Actively test and analyze ad messages, audiences, and landing pages to deliver incremental volume
- Analyzing historical performance data to identify opportunities to improve the campaign
- performance and maximize ROI/ROM
- End-to-end SEO/SEM knowledge and drive the entire process for the organization/ division and products.

- 5-7 years of experience
- Postgraduate in Marketing and communication; Additional certification in digital marketing and communication would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Good understanding of brand architecture, content, and message frameworks
- Ability to work on CMS platforms, Social Media platforms, and Digital Analytics tools including Power BI
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM
- Creative bend of mind, able to work in teams, and considers collaboration as a strength.
