Qualifications And Skills- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in telephone etiquette and handling customer calls
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and provide effective solutions
- Basic sales skills to promote Ondezx's services and persuade potential customers
- Problem-solving skills to address scholars queries and concerns
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Patience and resilience to handle challenging situations with scholars
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, but freshers with the right skills are encouraged to apply
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about Ondezx's PhD assistance services
- Handle inbound calls from scholars seeking guidance and assistance
- Listen actively to scholars requirements, offer suitable solutions, and guide them through the process
- Maintain a database of prospective customers and follow up with them regularly
- Achieve set targets for customer acquisition and revenue generation
- Build strong relationships with scholars to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide accurate information to customers
- Provide feedback to the management regarding customer queries, concerns, and suggestions
