• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
• Work independently and co-operatively on multiple projects with various teams, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload
• Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs and infographics
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with multiple teams for a wide range of designs that may include magazines pages, presentations, maps, satellite imagery and infographics

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• 10+ years experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• 10+ years in professional graphic design
• Experience in handling a small team of designers would be desirable
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly expertise in Illustrator
• Knowledge of ArcGIS
• Proficiency with photo-editing software
• Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training
