You will be a part of the Sales Operations Resale Support team, supporting Technology Resale. Primarily you will provide expertise for clients on configuring and managing their cloud provider accounts with AWS, Azure and GCP. This includes account setup, permissioning, billing extracts, new client onboarding, customer success management reporting, managing security compliance and coordination within Accenture with our Cloud Manager & Optimizer support team and with compliance.
What are we looking for? As our ideal candidate you will have:
Preferred Skills:
- College degree with 2 years or above relevant industry experience, as an AWS admin.
- Should have at least one Cloud technology certification. Preferably AWS Associate level or equivalent vendor technology certification.
- Hands-on experience with AWS CLI.
- Working experience on at least one cloud Vendor pricing calculator Azure, GCP or AWS pricing calculator.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Cloud Cost Optimization experience.
- Working experience as an Azure or GCP administrator.
- Business Intelligence using Power BI or any similar tool.
- Skilled in the use of Ai tools to deliver high quality content.
- Python or shell scripting knowledge.
You May Also Need:
- Must be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needs.
- Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, following Accenture guidelines.
- This is a techno-commercial role, with responsibilities that include cloud administration and presales / post-sales support.
- Configuring and managing cloud provider accounts with AWS, including account setup, permissions, billing extracts, new client onboarding, customer success management reporting, managing security compliance, and coordination within Accenture with our Cloud Manager & Optimizer support team and the Information Security team.
- Monitoring and managing security remediation for all Accenture Cloud Resale owned/managed AWS provider tenancies, ensuring all Accenture-owned PMAs remain compliant.
- Authenticating and authorizing users in client accounts using AWS tools and services, such as AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, user and root accounts, access keys, groups, AWS CLI, etc.
- Providing technical assistance to the Accenture Cloud Resale functions.
- Supporting client onboarding, billing, and customer success functions through Accenture-provided tools.
- Assessing and resolving any client account management questions related to setup, configuration, migration, and reporting, with guidance from the Cloud Resale ESDs and ESAs.
- Providing support for Azure and GCP accounts as per the defined process.
- Supporting the Customer Success Manager team on client pricing and performance optimization through Pulse Reports using Power BI, VMware Cloud Health, etc.
- Supporting the cloud vendor Deal Registration and Enablement team with additional capabilities, including assisting various Cloud Resale functions.
