Bhubaneshwar - Operations Engineer

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure seamless functioning of systems and services to meet business needs and client expectations.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Manage and monitor production systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Implement system upgrades and enhancements as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency.
• Document system configurations and processes for reference.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies.
• Experience in managing Citrix environments.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework for IT service management.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
• This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
