NA (Individual Contributor role)

responsibilities AND DESIRED PROFILE

HR Functions:

• Oversee onboarding of new consultants & Employees in US.
• Manage leave, timesheet & attendance records of consultants.
• Handle employee & consultant queries and provide admin support (Background check, e verification,)
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure US HR policies and US processes are followed.
• Assist in Recruitment activities for Gtag

Operational Activities:

• Prepare and present timely reports & trackers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in US HR administration, recruitment & Operations
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and financial reconciliation.
• Travel to US after 9 12 Months, Preferred active B1 Visa
