We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Role & responsibilities
  1. Sales Support:
  • Weekly Sales Report: Collate and prepare weekly sales reports, including performance analysis of the sales team against soft and hard targets. Reports will include metrics such as Target vs. Actual Sales, Sales Forecasts, Meetings Conducted, Partner Activities, and Travel Plans.
  • Minutes of Meeting (MOM) Preparation: Document key points discussed during weekly reviews led by the National Sales Head. Ensure that these points are addressed and resolved in subsequent reviews.
  • Sales Activity Coordination: Assist the sales team with the preparation and coordination of sales activities, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and account management.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and maintain sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to support the sales process.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and webinars as needed with customers as well as internal stake holders like IS, Presales, Project, Support & Marketing.
  1. CRM Management:
  • CRM Maintenance: Ensure that the CRM is consistently updated by the sales team, with all sales activities, leads, and opportunities accurately tracked.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate necessary sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide insights into sales performance.
  1. Sales Data Reconciliation:
  • Weekly Reconciliation: Conduct weekly reconciliation of sales data with inside sales and presales data. Based on the reconciliation, suggest forecasts for closures, categorizing them as Hot, Warm, or Cold leads.
Job Requirements-
  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
