Software Development Engineer

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and develop software solutions that meet the business needs.
• Write efficient and high-quality code.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and reliability of the software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in designing and developing software applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
