As a Salesforce Service Cloud Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud applications, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and custom fields, to meet business process and application requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems, using tools such as Salesforce APIs, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

• Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and data model.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools, such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
