At ClinoGenesis, we’re dedicated to empowering healthcare professionals and transforming clinical trials with unmatched expertise and enthusiasm.Location: Bangalore (6 days working, weekends included)Notice Period: Immediate joiners onlyCTC: Up to 3 LPA (Fixed) + 6 LPA (Variable)Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify and generate leads for clinical trials and medical coding services.

Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients and participants, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.Promote Clinical Trials: Reach out to potential participants, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to promote clinical trials, ensuring they understand the benefits and requirements of each study.Schedule Appointments & Meetings: Engage with potential participants and clients, schedule appointments, and organize meetings to present ClinoGenesis’ clinical trial opportunities and medical coding solutions.Client & Participant Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and participants to ensure ongoing business, engagement, and satisfaction with clinical trial programs.Sales & Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and clinical teams to develop and implement effective strategies to meet weekly targets for lead generation and client engagement.Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of ClinoGenesis’ clinical trial programs, medical coding services, and technology solutions to potential clients and participants.Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections from potential clients and participants promptly and professionally.Contract Negotiation & Documentation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients and participants in line with company policies.

Complete necessary sales documentation and follow-up activities.Skills & Requirements:Proven experience in business development, sales, or a client engagement role, preferably in the clinical trials, medical coding, or healthcare industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.EdTech or medical coding experience is essential, with a strong understanding of clinical trial promotion and recruitment.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to meet targets.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.Familiarity with lead generation, market research, and client relationship management.ClinoGenesis offers an exciting and rewarding career path for individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact in the clinical trials and medical coding sectors.
