- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of server and network technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with operating systems and software solutions.
- Ability to perform system maintenance and updates.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
