Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level IT Management professional for our Andheri location. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in IT management. The candidate will lead and manage various IT projects and must exhibit strong leadership, project management, and vendor management skills.
Qualifications And Skills- Leadership (Mandatory skill): Ability to guide, mentor, and direct team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Project Management (Mandatory skill): Proven track record in managing IT projects from inception to completion with success.
- Vendor Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in negotiating, managing, and maintaining relationships with various IT vendors.

- Budgeting: Experience in managing IT budgets and optimizing costs for better financial efficiency.
- Team Building: Capability to build, nurture, and lead high-performing IT teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks to protect IT infrastructure and data assets.
- IT Governance: Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Lead and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with top executives to align IT strategies with business objectives and improve overall efficiency.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to benefit from their expertise and resources.
- Develop and monitor IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data.
- Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
