We are seeking a Mid-Level IT Management professional for our Andheri location. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in IT management. The candidate will lead and manage various IT projects and must exhibit strong leadership, project management, and vendor management skills.

• Leadership (Mandatory skill): Ability to guide, mentor, and direct team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Project Management (Mandatory skill): Proven track record in managing IT projects from inception to completion with success.
• Vendor Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in negotiating, managing, and maintaining relationships with various IT vendors.
• Strategic Planning: Competence in devising long-term IT strategies that align with company objectives.
• Budgeting: Experience in managing IT budgets and optimizing costs for better financial efficiency.
• Team Building: Capability to build, nurture, and lead high-performing IT teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks to protect IT infrastructure and data assets.
• IT Governance: Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
