Job Title: Business Development Manager (Tourism Industry) Location: Hyderabad, Delhi, Cochin (Kochi) Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 1-5 years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our presence in the tourism industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through innovative sales and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and tourism boards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and potential business avenues.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. Negotiate and close deals with partners and clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on business growth and opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and service agreements. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry. Strong network within the tourism and travel sector is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and business performance. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required. Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
