Job Description:

• Participate in workshops and blueprinting sessions to gather requirements.
• Develop as-is and to-be process flows to help address the design requirements.
• Design, architect the SAP PM and other integration to purchasing application like GEP (SpendSmart)
• Create and document functional specifications, technical specifications and map the integration between the systems working with the developers.
• Support UAT and address design changes and issues during testing
• Create test scripts, execute and record results.
• Perform SAP PM configuration needed for the project.
• Support and assist in SAP PM data migration activities like, coordinating with business, to extract data from legacy system, creating template, clean data, and load using LSMW. Skill developing LSMW program for data load is preferred.
• Develop cutover plan and perform cutover activities.
• Develop training document and support user training.
• Follow Lennox International IT policies with change control, architecture reviews, solution architecture reviews and standards.

Qualifications:

• 4 to 7 years of Hands-on SAP functional configuration and design experience in SAP PM with integration knowledge in SAP MM, FICO
• Participated in all phases of at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP implementation.
• 5+ years of experience planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, documenting, and training in a variety of SAP areas.
• Experienced with defining business processes and models and aligning them with efficient operational and strategic technologies.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management and demonstrating results through project deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
