Job Description- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Management
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across functions such as finance, HR, IT, and business operations.
- Work closely with external recruitment partners to ensure smooth hiring execution.
- Source candidates proactively via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and offer management to ensure seamless hiring.
- Manage recruitment data and dashboards, tracking hiring metrics and trends.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and structured processes.
- Drive employer branding initiatives through recruitment marketing and campus outreach.
- Attrition Backfills & Workforce Planning
- Post the initial hiring phase, manage recruitment for replacement hires (attrition backfills) independently.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure quick turnaround for critical vacancies.
- Continuously improve hiring strategies to optimize time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Compliance & Diversity Hiring
- Ensure all HR operations and hiring processes comply with local labour laws and company policies.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an equitable hiring process.
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation to assist audits and compliance reviews.
- HR Operations & Coordination
- Act as the key HR point of contact for day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Assist on-boarding and induction processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labour laws.
- Assist in policy implementation, employee engagement activities, and HR compliance documentation.
- Assist payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Partner with business leaders to support HR processes, including performance management and employee relations.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition, preferably in GCCs, shared services, BPO, or corporate environments.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, direct sourcing, and managing external recruitment partners.
- Proficiency in using HRMS/ ATS tools (e.g., TCS, PeopleSoft, Workday etc.) for data management and hiring workflows.
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or similar) are a plus.
