Operations Engineer

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of critical incident management and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Manage critical incidents and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather incident details and prioritize based on impact.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL incident management processes and best practices.
• Experience in managing critical incidents and driving timely resolutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
