We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team and contribute to our commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment, updates, and communication.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
- Amenable to work onsite in Pune
