Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Learning and Development Manager at Zuper Hotels & Resorts. The role is based in Mumbai. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing training and development programs, learning management, instructional design, and leadership development within the organization.
Qualifications- Training & Development and Training skills
- Learning Management and Instructional Design skills
- Leadership Development skills
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- HMCT / Hospitality background is preferred.
- Past experience of working in the same industry will be added advantage.
