Job Summary :

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with the goal of driving online traffic, increasing conversions, and achieving company objectives.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt campaigns based on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads.
• Optimize existing campaigns to maximize performance, focusing on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct thorough keyword research and develop effective keyword strategies.
• Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to meet budget and performance goals.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze campaign performance data and generate comprehensive reports on key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and cost-per-click (CPC).
• Identify trends and insights from data to continuously improve ad performance.
• Provide recommendations for optimization and adjustments to meet client or business goals.

Ad Copy & Creative Development:

• Develop and test compelling ad copy to ensure relevance and engagement with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality landing pages, banners, and other ad creatives.

A/B Testing & Optimization:

• Run A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve ad effectiveness.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance, continuously testing new strategies, keywords, and creative formats.

Budget Management:

• Effectively allocate and manage campaign budgets to maximize the performance of Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor daily and monthly budgets to ensure proper spend allocation and avoid overspending.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing and analytics teams to align Google Ads strategies with overall business goals.
• Communicate campaign performance and results to stakeholders, offering actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on paid search and display advertising.
• Google Ads certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Google Shopping and YouTube ads.
• Familiarity with other paid advertising platforms such as Bing Ads or Facebook Ads.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to paid search advertising.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 year+ to years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
