Associate Director - Tax Pricing (12-15 Yrs, Bangalore)

About Our Client

The client is a captive/KPO organisation of one of the biggest consultancy players globally. This organization specializes in assisting its member firms across a broad spectrum - from industries such as financial services to telecom to consumer markets among many others.

• Develop and oversee databases for all tax services and set up a Center of Excellence (CoE) with focus on tax pricing.
• Design and implement a Target Operating Model (TOM) to manage and incorporate key data points.
• Build and sustain relationships with various Tax service lines and sub-service lines.
• Offer the benefits of the CoE to multiple tax service lines.
• Provide recommendations for strategic and operational improvements based on data-driven analysis.
• Ensure that pricing, contractual, national, and regulatory compliance data is handled through a data-driven approach.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• 12-15 years of experience in pricing within the tax service line.
• A solid grasp of project management concepts, client relationship management, and sales and marketing tactics.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
