The ideal candidate will have 810 years of experience in product sales and a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can drive sales performance, develop talent, and build strong relationships with clients.

• Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support to team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in field sales, preferably in product sales.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
