Identify and diagnose issues and problems.· Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions.· Support problem identification.· Advise users on appropriate course of action.· Monitor issues from start to resolution.· Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support.· Provide essential online security advice and support.· Access given to user as per there role assigned.· Check in sail point for Access management.· Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.· Promptly allocates calls as appropriate.· Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records:o Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions.o Records incident and log using them by symptom and resolution.· Hands on experience in MS-excel, MS-office tools.· Perform Desktop Backup and restore Activities.· Troubleshoot escalated issues of operating systems (windows XP, Windows7/8/8.1/10/Mac).· Testing network connectivity, DNS Activity, DHCP, Ping Trace.· Perform system ramp UP/DOWN Activities.· Remote software/desktop troubleshooting.· Working with VPN,VDI.· Outlook, Skype, MS Teams issue Diagnosis and fix.· Supporting Ticketing tools, emails, chat, calls.· Identifying hardware and software solutions.· Troubleshooting technical issues.· Working on Single Sign on.· Antivirus management and malware functions, threat protection management.· Active directory and office 365.
