Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing
clients using a provided contact list or database.
Introduce and explain the company and its services to
prospects with the aim of generating interest and
securing meetings.
Identify and qualify sales leads through effective
questioning and active listening.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer
interactions, including inquiries, feedback, or
complaints, in a CRM and other systems.
Follow predefined scripts or guidelines to ensure
consistent and professional communication.
Handle customer objections or concerns and provide
appropriate solutions or information.
Achieve individual targets for calls made or meetings
scheduled.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with sales or marketing teams to coordinate
follow-up activities and provide feedback on customer
responses.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry
trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address
customer queries and differentiate the company's
offerings.
Conduct surveys or gather customer feedback to assess
customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for
improvement.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical
standards during all customer interactions.
Draft and send emails to all prospective clients which
also includes designing email templates with compelling
content and manage mailing lists.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduation / Post-graduation in any stream.
Proven experience in business development, customer
service, or sales roles is desirable preferably with native
English speaking customers / clients.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills,including active listening and clear articulation. Hindi
would be definitely a big plus.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish
trust with customers over the phone.
Persuasive and negotiation skills to influence customer
behavior and close sales.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive
attitude during challenging situations.
Basic computer literacy (MS-Office Package) and
knowledge of using Zoho CRM (would be a plus but not
mandatory).
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work
independently and meet or exceed targets.
Time management and organizational skills to prioritize
tasks and maximize productivity.
Familiarity with software services and the ability to
quickly learn and adapt to new information.
