What Youll Be Doing:
Job Postings & Sourcing:
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them across job boards, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Proactively scout for potential candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, and other sourcing channels.
Screening & Interviews:
- Review applications and shortlist candidates who match the role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Experience & Hiring Process:
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed at every stage.
- Maintain and improve our hiring processes to make them faster, smoother, and more effective.
Salary Negotiation & Onboarding:
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates.
- Handle offer rollouts and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
Culture & Employer Branding:
- Maintain and promote company culture throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure new hires align with company values and long-term goals.
What Were Looking For:
2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in influencer marketing, media, or startup environments is a plus.
Ability to balance speed and quality while hiring.
