About Our Client
Our client is a leading House of Brand having very strong brands in their portfolio in Health and Wellness space.
The brands come with superb seller rating in both Amazon and Flipkart and are backed by a leading PE fund.
Job Description- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings to ensure maximum visibility and attractiveness. Optimise for the best CTR, CVRs across product lines.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, sales trends, and customer feedback. Implement strategies to improve product rankings, reviews, and overall performance.
- Develop and execute plans to scale successful initiatives and drive revenue growth. Identify and leverage growth opportunities across Amazon and Flipkart platforms.
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, Sponsored Products, and other advertising options. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Generate and present regular performance reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.Use data insights to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Oversee the P&L for e-commerce activities, ensuring financial targets and budgets are met. Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and cost control to enhance profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Work closely with brand marketing, distribution and planning, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive approach to e-commerce strategy. Coordinate with distribution
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Head of Ecommerce' should have:
- 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a strong track record on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Candidate must come from D2C space or from the other side - Ecommerce firms
- Must have managed over 100cr ARR/P&L and scaled it to 3x.
