Job Description

Position: Senior Accountant

Location -Pune

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of Experience in Finance and Accounting.The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in statutory compliances, tax, audits & accounting. The Sr Accountant will report into the F&A Manager.

Responsibilities -

Tax & Compliance Management:

Oversee and manage tax and compliance litigation.

Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, PF, PT, Shop Establishment, and other relevant regulations.

Financial Operations & Uniformity:

Ensure proper flow and allocation of corporate costs.

Execute month-end financial processes, including reconciliation, accruals, and adjustments.

Effectively monitoring Debtors & Creditors

Others:

Build & maintain relationships with Bankers, Auditors & other stake holders.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather accurate information.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Master's degree or professional certification

Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, with expertise in tax compliance, auditing.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficient in using financial software and tools.
