We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service II join our Treasury Services Client Services team. This role is located in Pune, MH HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead with a Thought, People/Client driven focus adhering to BNY management policies and guidelines; cultivating Team Culture & Talent; embedding ongoing transformation principles
- Re-enforcing the BNY Pillars & Principals
- Mentor through ongoing coaching & development; continuing to strengthen your personal development needs (soft/hard skills)
- Sound understanding of BNY's Organizational hierarchy, to leverage deep domain knowledge driving business needs & department (on/offshore) CTB/RTB
- Ensuring appropriate oversight & governance of the Risk & Control Framework
- Strategize with key stakeholders to drive Transformation (tactical & strategic)
- Represent Client Service to lead Incidents; driving Client Engagement/Communication as required
- Enhance & maintain robust, healthy partnerships with key stakeholders
- Provide Level 2 support: Escalations, Client Due Diligence, etc. reporting to Global Head & Liaising w/SDs, etc.
- Oversee Team Governance/Management structure: recruiting, retention, maintain/improve Voice of the Employee & Voice of the Client
- Meet target objectives (performance, behavior, productivity & risk); achieve training journey requirements
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience (Banking/Financial) is required
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
- Self-motivated with client focus centricity and lean thought process
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal and effective listening skills
- Ability to be cross-fungible and multitask under pressure
- Able to adapt to changing environment and business needs
