• Security Operations & SOC Management: Oversee the Security Operations team, external SOC team, and coordinate resolution of security issues and events across the organization.
• Protection & Monitoring: Manage automation of responses to security events, oversee generation of insights through operational intelligence, and ensure provisioning/de-provisioning of solutions.
• Major Incident Response: Create and maintain IR playbooks, coordinate red/blue/purple teams, and manage event monitoring, investigation, and resolution of cybersecurity incidents.
• Vulnerability Management: Oversee vulnerability scanning, drive resolution of vulnerability issues via a centralized VA/VM solution, and ensure timely patching.
• Asset Management: Coordinate management of IT/OT assets inventory, including classification, specification, and funding of protective controls, and ensure integration with IR and SOC.
• Strategy and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility, ensuring alignment with broader digital and cybersecurity strategies.
• The Successful Applicant
• 15+ Years of Experience: 15+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security operations and SOC management.
• Proven Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing cybersecurity teams, with a focus on empowerment and collaboration.
• Technical Expertise: High level of proficiency in SIEM/SOAR solutions, AGILE project management frameworks, and common information security management frameworks.
• Digital Leadership: Proven digital leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Project Management: Project management skills and experience in supporting transformations in digital, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
