We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team at BLOOFIELD MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLP. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional impression of our company.

This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications And Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized space
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Assist with organizing company events and conferences
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the companys services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
