Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React/Redux to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain both backend services (using Java and Spring Boot) and frontend user interfaces (using React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript).
• Work with Microservices architecture to create scalable and flexible backend solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with various services and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other developers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Ensure responsive and performance-optimized frontend development using React and Redux for state management.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in both the frontend and backend.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience in frontend development with React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Relational Databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of Microservices security best practices.
• Experience with GraphQL or other query languages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with a focus on Java and React.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development and microservice deployment strategies.
