Our mission is driven by the use of advanced and scalable technology. Nitara, our Flagship product is an Artificial intelligence-led Precision Dairy platform focused on data-driven dairying and fostering collaboration among Dairy stakeholders for informed decision making and improved outcomes through Digitization.

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development specialist with a strong Background in technology Products across B2B & B2C Markets. The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for driving the business goals of the organisation. The candidate should be motivated and self-driven to succeed in a changing business climate.
Candidate should be detail oriented and having an excellent business sense with a strong track record of Revenue generation demonstrating project execution capabilities. Experience in Dairytech will be considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Technology-based solutions (B2B, B2C).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations) to align business strategies with market needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions.
  • Drive partnership and alliance strategies to expand market presence.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance using key metrics and prepare reports (Business MIS).

Key Skillsets:

  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales in the technology space.
  • Proven expertise in driving revenue and business expansion.
  • Ability to develop and implement digital strategies, business innovation, and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent project planning, management, and execution skills.
  • Strong communication skills including presentations, public speaking, and group facilitation.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and social media platforms for business development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Basic Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of Business Development experience in technology-driven products (B2B, B2C).
  • Proven experience in sales, client management, and operational execution.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Technology, Agri/Dairy, Rural Management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in Dairytech will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
