Job Overview

We are hiring an Accounts Payable Assistant for a product-based company in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing accounting activities, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify supplier invoices in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for payment approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Support the month-end closing process by reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliation, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
