Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and creative Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. In this role, you will develop and execute growth strategies across digital channels, optimize funnels, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement growth strategies to acquire, retain, and activate users.
- Identify opportunities for growth across multiple digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Affiliates, etc.).
- Experiment with creative campaign ideas and conversion optimization techniques.
- Plan and manage performance campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid media channels.
- Optimize paid marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive down CAC.
- Use A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad creatives to enhance performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics to identify growth levers.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms for in-depth analysis.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to optimize user experiences and conversion funnels.
- Implement strategies for user onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Work with the content team to align growth strategies with engaging content and messaging.
- Design and test content that resonates with the target audience.
- Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and affiliate programs to scale growth.
- Identify and nurture relationships with partners who align with Thrillophilia's goals.
- 3-7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving retention through digital strategies.
- Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and automation tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
