Job description
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the companys business objectives and goals.
  • Lead the creation of the brand strategy, ensuring consistent and impactful brand positioning across all channels.
  • Oversee the go-to-market strategies for new product launches and campaigns.
  • Build a customer-centric marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with target audience needs and behaviors.
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote the channel.
  • Creating campaigns to enhance brand awareness and increase audience engagement.
  • Candidate will be responsible for handling the overall marketing function of Multi-speciality
Segments.
  • Will be responsible for launching new products & strategizing on strengthening the existing
brands.
  • Should be creative, innovative & effective in handling product management team.
  • Responsible for preparing & implementation of Marketing Plan & promotional strategies.
  • Oversee designing of promotional / communication strategies for various brands of the organization
  • Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products & for Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Managing social media platforms and online marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop promotional content.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and viewer data to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Overseeing advertising campaigns and liaising with external agencies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills : Both written and verbal communication are critical to developing and executing effective campaigns.
  • Digital marketing expertise : Experience with social media platforms, SEO, and online advertising will give you an edge.
