Human Resource Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and learn about the recruitment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
• Be ready to assist with HR operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA Preferred not mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
