Role: Oversee server-side operations, assist in client deployments, create dashboards, and handle customer support.

• Assist in initial server setup (e.g., ThingsBoard, cloud hosting) and deployment.
• Create customized dashboards for clients based on their requirements.
• Conduct pre-deployment testing to ensure smooth integration between hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot server, dashboard, or IoT device issues as they arise.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer support, handling queries and resolving issues.
• Supervise and document deployment processes for better workflow efficiency.

• Requirements:
• Basic understanding of server setup and IoT platforms like ThingsBoard.
• Familiarity with basic backend/database operations (e.g., PostgreSQL, InfluxDB).
• Proficiency in customer support and troubleshooting.
• Ability to design and implement customized dashboards using existing tools or APIs.
• Strong organizational skills for supervising deployments and testing processes.

Benefits
