We are hiring for Leading Sports Company!!!Location- Gurgaon (Male Preferred)Designation- Counter Sales Executive CTC- 15k-27kExperience- Graduate freshers or HSC (4 year experience in apparel or footwear)Overview A Counter Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers at a retail or service counter by providing product information, processing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The role involves interacting with walk-in customers, managing stock, handling cash or digital transactions, and maintaining a well-organized sales counter. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and basic sales knowledge.Key Responsibilities Customer Assistance & Sales Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and inquiries.
Provide accurate information about features, pricing, and promotions. Upsell and cross-sell products or services to boost sales. Billing & Transaction Processing Handle cash, credit card, and UPI payments efficiently. Issue invoices, receipts, and refunds as per company policy.
Ensure correct pricing and discounts are applied to sales transactions. Stock Management & Merchandising Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing counter display. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock. Assist in stock replenishment and product arrangement.
Customer Relationship & Service Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Provide after-sales support and product recommendations. Build relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty. Daily Sales Reporting & Coordination Maintain sales records and update daily reports.
Coordinate with the store manager, warehouse, and other departments.
