Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled QA Tester with expertise in both manual and automation testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in ensuring software quality through effective testing strategies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual and automation testing.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure product stability.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects through appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed reports on test outcomes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance best practices and processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or equivalent.
• Proficient in test case creation, defect tracking tools, and bug reporting.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar for test automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
