We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading international hospitality brand, renowned for its hotels and resorts across South Asia and beyond. This opportunity is for their five-star property located in a central location in Mumbai, a symbol of elegance, sophistication, and exceptional guest experiences.
Salary Budget: 35 to 40LPA
Position Summary:
The Director of Finance will play a pivotal leadership role in managing the hotels overall financial operations. You will oversee all aspects of finance and accounting, driving strategic initiatives to ensure the propertys financial health and long-term profitability.Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a key business partner to the leadership team and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the Hotel to maximize profitability and ensure operational efficiency.
Prepare and manage the Hotels annual budget with accurate forecasting, and oversee financial goal setting.
Deliver comprehensive financial reporting and analysis, providing insights on performance indicators, trends, and opportunities to enhance financial results.
Partner with Department Heads to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective cost controls.
Ensure strict compliance with all local financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct risk assessments and implement robust internal controls to safeguard the hotels assets.
Preferred QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Qualification:Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in a senior Leadership role with a reputed luxury or five-star hotel.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of hotel finance operations and the Uniform System of Hotel Accounts.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities
