Exp: min 8+ years, and min 5 y in Beverages, water industry experience candidates are preferred.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Language: Telugu, Hindi and English is mandatory.
The role of the Sales Manager is to develop, influence and drive the implementation of the Sales growth for his area. The ideal candidate will have 08-12 years experience of sales in FMCG/Beverages
Roles And Responsibilities
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
Hire and develop sales staff.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Ensure distributor claims are settled in time by proper scrutiny and on-field verification. Ensure retention of distributors
Ensure recruitment/ availability/ retention of required manpower as per plan and monitor their performance.
Work very closely with the Sales team in the management of schemes.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy
As a sales Manager do a lot of communicating. This might be in front of a group of employees, or in a meeting with management. Sales Manager might be called upon to write reports, recommendations, or reprimands. Great Verbal Communications and writing skills are must.
Skills And Qualifications- Any Graduate
- 08-12 years of experience in FMCG/beverage sales, with a minimum of 5 years in the water industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure
- God Excel Knowledge.
- Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy.
- Good Analytical Skills.
