About the Role:
Collaborating with the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving Aster Health Academy's digital marketing efforts. Your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook and Google, ensuring the highest return on investment.As part of Aster DM Healthcare's initiative, this role provides an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing, recession-resistant healthcare education sector.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and any other channels that can drive positive ROI.
- Scale ad spending effectively while maintaining a profitable return on investment.
- Develop and present multi-channel digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools, and identify areas for improvement.
- Use conversion rate optimization techniques (e.g., A/B testing) to improve overall campaign performance.
- Create detailed performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for continuous campaign optimization.
- Set up Google Data Studio reports, ensure proper tracking, and provide in-depth analysis of user behavior and trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our digital marketing efforts remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Expertise in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads with 1-3 years of experience.
- Familiarity with multiple accounts and brands, able to juggle various projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of digital marketing analytics and an ability to generate actionable insights.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and Google Search Console.
- Passion for data, with the ability to interpret metrics and implement changes for improved performance.
- A strong base knowledge of SEO strategies and practices is preferred.
- Comfortable collaborating with a team in a dynamic, flexible work environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable, with bonus points for Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads certifications.
