Online Portal Management: GeM (Govt. E-Marketing) and eTender Handling: Assist in managing and updating product listings, bids, and tenders on the GeM (Govt.
E-Marketing) platform and other relevant online portals. Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date, and ensure compliance with the necessary guidelines for submissions. Handle eTender Odisha processes for online bidding, submitting required documents, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Internet Browsing and Research: Conduct online research for gathering information relevant to tenders, market trends, and business needs. Assist in tracking online orders, deliveries, and communication related to business operations. Administrative Support: Support Operations: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and preparing required documents. Correspondence: Handle company emails and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Assist in communicating with clients and vendors regarding orders, inquiries, and operational matters.
Maintain Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in data entry and the processing of orders, invoices, and other documentation. Regularly verify data and reports for completeness and correctness. Tally Support (Optional but Preferred): Tally Accounting Support: If the candidate has knowledge of Tally, assist with basic accounting tasks such as generating invoices, maintaining ledgers, and tracking payments.
