• Validate customer cease request mail
• Check all the customer details are available in our provisioning inventories.
• Log the A-ref in SFDC / CFD and submit the request and raise cease order in Order Management tool
• Creating cease order form with all mandatory information. (like Requestor, Customer Contact, Circuit reference, other associated references, Billing ref & Customer required date)
• Analyze and validate the order form and raise cease order based on the provisioning system.
• Perform and execute soft cease and Hard cease for transmission end.
• Place the cease request for respective tail for portal or through mail for other licensed operator.
• Recovery of Equipment's (Router / ADVA or Mux) from Customer end.
• Terminate the customer details in network and inventories
• Schedule and coordinate with Field Engineer to recover the Equipment's
• Handling escalations & resolving Cease related issues
• Should keep good quality of work, maintain data integrity
• Quick response to customer queries
• Co-ordinating with the Project managers in providing solution to complex situations

Minimum qualification & experience

Any Graduate / Postgraduate

2 to 3 years of Experience in Telecom domain
